From September 2023

  • Please be aware that for lessons given in our residential area, the following rules need to be strictly observed:

1. To drop off your child: Please stop your car briefly EXACTLY at our entrance, and confirm visually that your child has entered the house.

2. If you stay in the lesson, please park your car at the road going down from our entrance where there are no house entrances. No parking is acceptable in front of our neighbours' homes or even in front of any part/s of their gardens.

3. If you wait outside while your child has a lesson, DO NOT stay parked in this area to avoid traffic congestion and safeguard our neighbours' privacy.

4. Please stop your car briefly EXACTLY at our entrance at collection time. We will send your child out when we see you outside.

5. This is a residential area with neighbourhood children often playing outdoors. Driving in this area should never exceed 5 miles/hour in any circumstances.

  • Group lessons are at a set time on the same day each week.

  • A minimum group of 3 students is needed for a group to be formed.

  • Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please reserve your spot early to avoid disappointment.

  • A standard lesson is of 60 minutes duration.

  • Enact Music group music lessons cease for notified periods at Christmas and Easter and most July/August.

  • Lessons continue through the Halloween and February half term breaks, St Patrick's Day, and May Bank Holiday weekends. Please consult our website for a list of term dates (www.enactmusic.com).

  • It is up parents and student's responsibility to keep up to date with our term times.

  • Student absences in group lessons will be billed to the fee payer, and replacement lessons cannot be offered.

  • Any lessons cancelled by a teacher will be re-arranged for an alternative date, and students who are unable to attend the rescheduled class will be fully refunded for the missed lesson.

  • Students who miss more than three lessons per term may lose their place to students on our waiting list due to the high demand for places.

  • Students are required to give a minimum of 2 weeks' notice upon leaving a course of lessons.

  • Food, drinks or chewing gum is not permitted during lessons.

  • Students will not be entered for any examinations, competitions or festivals without written permission from parents/guardians or prior payment of the relevant fee.

  • These terms and conditions are subject to change. Enact Music Website will publish the latest terms and conditions (www.enactmusic.com).

  • We take photographs and make recordings during our educational activities in our leaflets and on our website. Please let us know in writing if you are unhappy with your child being included in this at the time of booking.
