Terms and Conditions for Group Lessons at Enact Music Studio
From September 2024

Group Lesson Schedule
-
Group lessons are held at the same time on the same day each week. Please ensure that you check the specific time and date of your lesson and mark it in your calendar to avoid any confusion.

Child Protection and Supervision
-
For child protection purposes, parents must park their car and accompany their children or young people to the Enact Music Reception on the first floor. The children must be handed directly to the teacher.
-
If the teacher or a member of staff is not present, parents must wait with their children until a staff member is available to supervise them.
-
Important: Enact Music is responsible for child protection and health and safety only on the first floor of the venue, where our lessons take place. Please do not allow your children to be unsupervised on the ground floor or elsewhere in the venue, which is shared with other businesses.
-
Enact Music is not liable for any accidents that may occur in the car park, ground floor area, or the staircase leading to the first floor. Children remain under your care and supervision while in these areas. To ensure everyone's safety, please do not allow children, young people, or adults to run, and we recommend wearing non-slip footwear at all times.

Student minimum and maximum numbers
-
A minimum group size of 4 students is required for a class or ensemble to be formed.
-
Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. It is recommended to reserve your spot early to secure a place.
-
In the event a class reaches maximum capacity after you have booked and paid, you will be notified and receive a full refund if payment has been completed.
-
If there are not enough students to form a group, you will receive a full refund for any prepayments made.

Lesson Duration
-
The duration of group lessons and ensembles varies depending on the class. Details of session lengths can be found on the specific group lesson pages on our website.
-
Please ensure you are aware of the dates and times of your lessons to maintain regular attendance.
