Hello

I am an Irish/Iranian violinist and pianist, graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. I grew up in Northern Ireland and began learning music at the age of seven. By eleven, I was awarded Northern Ireland’s Primary School Musician of the Year, which led to an invitation to perform at the House of Commons in London.

 

At sixteen, I made my concerto debut performing Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto in E minor with my local community orchestra. Since moving to Glasgow, I have had the privilege of performing alongside the RSNO and appearing in prestigious venues such as the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and City Halls.

 

As a teacher, I bring passion and experience into every lesson. I teach both violin and piano, working with students of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to advanced players (Grades 1–8 and beyond) through recognised exam boards.

 

My approach is warm, patient, and encouraging. While I fully support students preparing for exams, my focus goes far beyond results. I aim to help each learner to develop confidence, strong musical foundations, and a genuine love for music. Lessons are engaging and structured, balancing technique, creativity, and enjoyment so that students feel motivated and proud of their progress.

 

Most importantly, I want every student to feel confident performing, whether in exams, concerts, or simply playing for family and friends — and to experience the joy of making music both independently and with others.
