1. Fees and Payment

1.1 All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course, unless an agreed instalment plan is in place.

2. Course Duration

2.1 Learners must complete the ABRSM Teaching Diploma mentorship programe course within 12 months from the date of registration.
2.2 Learners enrolled on the combined ARSM and LRSM course are permitted 24 months from the date of registration to complete the course.

3. Extensions and Additional Fees

3.1 Learners who do not complete the course within the timeframes outlined in Clause 2 will be required to pay an additional fee of £250 per year to retain access to course materials and continued mentor support. This fee also includes one review of assignment work per year.

3.2 Refunds on the basis of exceptional circumstances will not normally be granted, particularly where any course materials have been accessed. 4.1 If a learner cancels their enrolment after payment has been made, the following terms apply:

a) Where cancellation is made within 14 days of purchase, and the learner has not accessed the course (including logging in, streaming, or downloading materials), a full refund (0% cancellation fee) will be issued.

b) If the learner accesses any part of the course (including logging in, streaming, or downloading materials), they acknowledge and agree that they will lose their right to cancel and receive a refund, even if cancellation occurs within the 14-day cooling-off period.

4.2 Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

5. Academic Integrity

5.2 Plagiarised or copied material will not be accepted under any circumstances.

5.3 The use of artificial intelligence tools to generate coursework, in whole or in part, unless explicitly permitted by Enact Music, is not allowed and will be treated as academic misconduct.

5.4 Where plagiarised or AI-generated material is identified, the work will be returned to the learner for revision, and an additional fee will be charged for any subsequent review.

5.5 Repeated instances of academic misconduct may result in further action, including notification to ABRSM where relevant, as such conduct is considered inconsistent with the professional standards expected of teaching diploma candidates.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All course materials, modules, and resources remain the property of Enact Music.

6.2 Course materials are provided for the learner’s personal use only and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or used for any purpose outside the course without prior written permission from the Course Director.
