Enact Music’s Student Terms and Conditions explain the arrangements that apply to vocal and instrumental tuition introduced and administered through Enact Music. They set out the roles and responsibilities of Enact Music, the independent tutor, and the adult student or parent/legal guardian, including information about bookings, fees, payments, cancellations, safeguarding, complaints and consumer rights. Terms and Conditions for Vocal and Instrumental Music Tuition Arranged Through Enact Music

Please note that, as specificed in the above Terms and Conditions, ​when Enact Music sends you the planned tuition arrangement by email, you will be asked to confirm whether you wish services to begin before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.
By replying to that email with a clear affirmative statement, you expressly request that Enact Music’s agency services and the tutors tuition services begin during the cancellation period and acknowledge that:

you will lose your right to cancel any service once it has been fully performed; and

you may be required to pay for services supplied before cancellation.
