Terms and Conditions for Vocal and Instrumental Music Tuition Arranged Through Enact Music

Please note that, as specificed in the above Terms and Conditions, ​when Enact Music sends you the planned tuition arrangement by email, you will be asked to confirm whether you wish services to begin before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

 

By replying to that email with a clear affirmative statement, you expressly request that Enact Music’s agency services and the tutors tuition services begin during the cancellation period and acknowledge that:

1. you will lose your right to cancel any service once it has been fully performed; and

2. you may be required to pay for services supplied before cancellation.
