Step into the spotlight in this exciting Musical Theatre Summer Class at Enact Music in Belfast BT8, part of our engaging kids summer music camp and summer scheme in Northern Ireland. This lively group class invites children to explore the world of musical theatre while developing their singing, acting, and stage performance skills in a supportive and creative environment.
 
Throughout the week, students will work on key elements of musical theatre performance, including singing, movement, character development, and stage presence. Guided by experienced tutors, participants will learn how to express emotion through music and storytelling while strengthening their understanding of rhythm, phrasing, vocal expression, and performance technique.
 
By learning and performing songs and scenes from well-known musicals, students will develop important ensemble and stage skills, including listening, coordination, and responding to other performers. The class encourages creativity, teamwork, and communication, helping children feel confident both in their voice and on stage.
This class is ideal for children who enjoy singing, acting, and performing, or who would like to build confidence through creative performance.
 
Whether they already love musical theatre or are trying it for the first time, students will enjoy working together while developing their vocal technique, stage awareness, and expressive performance skills. As part of the Enact Music Belfast Summer Scheme, this class offers one of the most exciting musical theatre and performing arts summer camps in Belfast, welcoming young performers from BT8, South Belfast, and across Northern Ireland.
 
Led by experienced Musical Theatre coach Zoe Alister, each 1-hour weekly session focuses on developing instrumental or vocal skills, learning to play in sync with others, and building stage presence — all in a fun, friendly, and pressure-free environment.
