For children, teens, and adults who want to learn to play a musical instrument, we offer one-to-one lessons in piano, guitar, violin, saxophone, drums, singing, and many more instruments. Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals — whether that’s preparing for exams, learning favourite pieces — always considering progression, skill and musicianship development. With dedicated guidance, students build strong technique and confidence at their own pace. Our monthly performance opportunities provide learners with a space to showcase their learning, develop confidence and work on their performance skills.

A perfect introduction to the world of sound and rhythm, this class helps children explore music through fun, play-based activities. Young learners develop key skills like listening, rhythm, and creativity, laying the foundation for a lifelong love of music.

Rock & Pop Band (Ages 7–13 and 14–17)

This class brings young musicians together to form real bands. Students learn to collaborate, rehearse, and perform songs in rock and pop styles, all while gaining confidence on stage and discovering the thrill of live performance.

Combining singing, acting, and movement, this class gives children the chance to shine on stage. Students build performance skills, improve vocal technique, and develop confidence as they bring musical stories to life in a fun and supportive environment.

This class makes music literacy engaging and accessible. Children learn how to read notes and rhythms through interactive games and creative exercises, giving them the tools they need to progress confidently in their instrumental or vocal studies.

For students preparing for exams or wanting to deepen their knowledge, this course unlocks the essentials of music theory. Covering scales, harmony, and notation, it equips learners with the understanding they need to succeed both in practice and in exams, preparing them to sit their Music Theory Grade 5 exam.

A focused class designed for advanced students, this course strengthens the key skills needed for Grade 6 exams and beyond. With targeted practice in aural training, sight-reading, and theory, students gain confidence and readiness for instrumental music exam success.

Perfect for beginners or those returning to music, this dynamic class introduces adults to rhythm, technique, and ensemble playing on the drum kit. It’s a fun and energising way to learn music while building coordination and confidence.

This class invites adults to learn or improve their guitar skills in a relaxed, supportive environment. Whether you’re strumming your first chords or tackling more advanced techniques, you will enjoy making music while connecting with others who share your passion.

Monthly Performance Opportunities for Children/Teens and Adults

At Enact Music, performing is an essential part of learning. Every month, children, teenagers, and adults can showcase what they’ve been working on in friendly performance events. These opportunities help students grow in confidence, celebrate their progress, and become part of a vibrant musical community.
